ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers may use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Amari Da'kor is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Amari Da'kor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Amari Da'kor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
